Conference Sponsor – Platinum ($1,500) – includes choice of display area (in order of registration receipt of Platinum level participants), company logo printed on a poster that will be displayed in the vendor areas, verbal mention of participation level during the conference, up to 1 year of associate membership in PSHFE, recognition in conference materials and a conference attendance list.
Conference Sponsor – Gold ($1,200) – includes choice of display area (after Platinum levels have made their choices and in order of registration receipt of Gold level participants), company logo printed on a poster that will be displayed in the vendor areas, verbal mention of participation level during the conference, up to 1 year of associate membership in PSHFE, recognition in conference materials and a conference attendance list.
Conference Sponsor – Silver ($1,000) – includes assigned display area, verbal mention of participation level during the conference, up to 1 year of associate membership in PSHFE, recognition in conference materials and a conference attendance list.
Conference Sponsor – Bronze ($700) – includes assigned display area, up to 1 year of associate membership in PSHFE, recognition in conference materials and a conference attendance list.
Vendor Display ($400) – includes assigned display area, recognition in conference materials and a conference attendance list.
**Booth space is assigned using two criteria, 1st is level of sponsorship, 2nd is timing of registration within each sponsorship level.
**Booth space size will vary depending on where you fall on the floor plan. Smallest sizes are 6′ wide by 2′ deep and have ‘neighbors’ on each side. Please plan accordingly with any display you are planning on using.
**Vendor/sponsorship participation times are during the Day 1 evening reception and the Day 2 conference sessions.
